Course Refunds:

If you are not satisfied with a course you have enrolled in, you may request a refund within 14 days of the course start date. To request a refund, please email us at support@greatxcourses.net with the following information:

  • Your name and email address
  • Course name and start date
  • Reason for requesting a refund

We will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Membership Refunds:

If you are not satisfied with your membership, you may request a refund within 14 days of the membership start date. To request a refund, please email us at support@greatxcourses.net with the following information:

  • Membership start date
  • Reason for requesting a refund

We will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Exceptions:

We do not offer refunds for courses or memberships that have been partially completed or for courses that have been expired for more than 14 days. We also do not offer refunds for purchases made through third-party websites.
